You will receive a client intake form and we need you to fill out that form with as much detail as possible for us to provide you with an accurate custom quote.

A detailed brief would be a great starting point for us.
We’ll also need multiple units of each product where possible.This gives us more flexibility when styling, helps maintain continuity across different shots, and ensures we can avoid any delays in case of unexpected damage during the shoot.

To secure your slot as one-off project, 50% non-refundable deposit is required.
For retainer clients, a two-month upfront deposit secures your ongoing partnership. After that, payments are made one month in advance. 20% discount will be applied.3 month minimum commitment required.

Once you are booked, you have full access to our prop/backdrop collection.
We will ask for an additional budget for perishable items if necessary for the shoot, such as flowers, fruits etc.

The turnaround time varies between 7-21 days depending on the scope of the project.
While we aim for a fast turnaround, we avoid rushing and compromising the results.
